A vibrant Texan flourishing in Georgia, radiating warmth and support wherever she goes. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare technology and as a Certified Life Coach, Caroline has created a nurturing space for busy mamas to take a moment for themselves, breathe, and navigate life’s chaos with grace, to feel seen, safe and celebrated. Her approach, rooted in faith, is authentic: she offers non-judgmental guidance that resonates with your journey, empowering you to find clarity and confidence while tapping into and connecting with your body, soul, and spirit.
Caroline is an advocate for mamas who often feel overlooked, unappreciated and overwhelmed. She uses her faith and coaching expertise to help you break free from self-doubt and step into your most radiant self. After experiencing a challenging divorce after over a decade of marriage, Caroline understands how deeply personal struggles can affect not just ourselves, but our children as well. This experience fuels her compassion for women facing their own challenges, combining her personal insights with professional knowledge to offer encouragement.
Outside of coaching, Caroline is dedicated to her three daughters, actively participates in her church’s youth ministry, nurtures her garden, dives into self-help books, and embraces her love for travel. Her clients appreciate her infectious joy and trust her to guide them in finding their voices, overcoming obstacles and embracing the extraordinary lives they are meant to lead.
